Abstract The gear is an essential part of every mechanical power transmission system, as well most industrial rotating machinery. Gears may grow to dominate the effective mechanism for transmitting in future machines due their high degree durability and compactness. vinyl ester resin have strength low frictional porous carbon material. Vinyl used a reinforced material plastic gear. In this work, Ester Glass fiber composite with different proportions were equipped strengthen cast spur pair was test gears, glass transition temperature fatigue tests determine gear's life span.
